2009 Workshops : Tap Attack News

2009 Workshops

Tap Attack are set for a busy year with the first of their workshops taking place in Birmingham in February.

Tap Attack have visited Birmingham twice before (October 2007 and February 2008), and are delighted to be returning again. This time the workshops will take place at The Dance Workshop. Teachers for the day are Jo Scanlan, Dean Magri, Junior Laniyan and Warren Heyes.

The next workshop is set to take place in Portsmouth on April 26th. Following on from a successful workshop in October 2008, the team will once again return. Along side Jo Scanlan and Tarik Winston (who both taught at the October event), they will be joined by Dean Magri and Jason Di Mascio.

Moving on to June, Tap Attack will visit Liverpool. Teachers for the day will be Jo Scanlan, Dean Magri, James Doubtfire and Tarik Winston. Workshops will be held at The Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre.

All of the workshops are for children and adults. Classes are taken at different levels - youth, elementary, intermediate and advanced. Some experience is required and a guideline is set for the younger dancers to be 10 and approximately Grade 3 standard. The emphasis is to have fun and learn different styles and techniques.

All booking information can be found on the website.
